Azai chat conversations

When you use Azai, we collect the question you send and the assistant’s reply. We use these conversations to understand what guests need, improve Azai and our service, provide support, and review safety or quality issues.

Raw chat transcripts are available only to authorized Odarius/Aziana administrators and are automatically deleted after 90 days. We may keep aggregated or de-identified trends longer when they no longer identify or reconstruct a conversation.

Your browser creates a random session identifier so related chat messages can be understood together. Before storage, that identifier is converted to a one-way cryptographic hash. We do not store your raw IP address as the identity on a transcript.

Please don’t share payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in chat.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website, host and secure data, and generate Azai’s responses. They process information on our behalf to provide those services.

To ask a privacy question or request review or removal of a chat you believe is yours, email azianabv@gmail.com. Include the approximate date and time of the conversation and only the details needed to help us locate it.
